Initiative with a draft decree to repeal the Law on Interculturality, Attention to Migrants, and Human Mobility of the Federal District and to issue the Law for the Protection and Attention of Migrants and People Originally from Mexico City residing abroad and their families. This will ensure the protection of the human rights established in the Federal and Local Constitutions. I also urge to establish public policies in favor of migrants and their families with a gender perspective, respect for human rights, and non-discrimination.
