Implement actions to serve returning Mexicans and visitors who arrive in the city on the occasion of the year-end festivities, in order to prevent the commission of acts of extortion, robbery, or ill-treatment and corruption by public servants and service providers, as well as surveillance points in shopping malls, corridors.
