I urge the heads of the Secretary of Government, the Undersecretary of the Penitentiary System and the Secretary of Citizen Security of the Government of Mexico City to inform the Honorable Congress of Mexico City of the progress of the transition of the penitentiary system of the Secretary of Government to the Secretary of Citizen Security, in order to know the situation it has and how it will affect the labor relations of this Undersecretary when it joins the capital police unit.
