I urge the President of Mexico and the Head of Government of Mexico City to comply with Article 1, paragraph 5, of the Political Constitution of Mexico, and to address, at all times, with absolute respect the academic community of the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM acronym for its name in Spanish), refraining from using adjectives with the intention of disqualifying or discriminating against this Institution and its academic community, whom they have called before «aspirational».
